Ahead of live reason season, set to begin Jan. 15, Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs has added more electronic games, according to Associated Press (via ArkansasBusiness.com):

Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs is conducting a soft opening for its expanded electronic gambling parlor.

The new area has a casino-like atmosphere and contains 850 gambling stations. Games include poker, blackjack and craps, along with other "electronic games of skill."

The expansion, first open Wednesday, opens at 10 a.m. Friday, an hour before simulcast racing begins at 11 a.m. The new gaming center includes Lagniappe's Buffet, the Poker Room and the Racebook.

The buffet offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and features specials like catfish, surf and turf and Sunday brunch. Meal discounts are available by using Oaklawn's Winners Circle cards.

Games include electronic blackjack, poker and other games of skill that are making Oaklawn an attraction 364 days a year. It's closed on Christmas Day.
